In central California along the Pacific Coast Highway, and below Point Lobos State Park near Carmel-by-the-Sea, is the Garrapta State Park. Though not officially wheelchair accessible, there’s a lovely trail that may still be worth it doing, and this video explores what it is like, so you can prepare accordingly.
