The one-level home includes access to a private pool with a hoist, terraces perfect for Alfresco dining, lowered light switches, windows, wide doorways, and more. For guests who may need medical attention, there is a 24-hour Health Centre in the Iznajar Village nearby. We also work closely with a Blue Badge Mobility who will deliver any specialist equipment you may need to the house.

The house sits on its own 5-acre olive grove, secluded but not isolated. The views are stunning from all around the house. Local bars, restaurants, shops, and the fabulous village and lake of Iznajar are just a few minutes away. The nearest 4 bars/restaurants are accessible, and at the lakeside beach it is possible to take a car/wheelchair to the waters edge, where you can swim in the largest lake in Andalucia. The landscape in this area is nothing short of spectacular. Mile after mile you will see rolling hills covered with olive groves and Mediterranean oak. You will be in the perfect location to visit numerous world-renowned sites such as The Mesquita in Cordoba (60 mins away), The Alhambra in Granada 90 mins away), and Seville (2 hours away). There are also many hidden gems much nearer, such as Priego de Cordoba, Antequera and of course Iznajar Village.

Entering through the main front door, you will come into living room, which is a large open plan area, the dining table seats eight. The living area has a large glass fireplace (wood is included in the house rental), flat screen TV, two sofas, and a coffee table. Another two-seater sofa and two wooden armchairs are arranged alongside the opposite, book-lined wall to form a cozy reading corner. There is a huge selection of books and movies. The TV also has a media player with films, TV box sets, etc. From the living room there is a door to an interior Spanish style patio courtyard with a pretty water feature in the middle.

Also leading off the main living room is the large full-kitchen with steel equipment, a perfect meeting place, especially with a glass of wine while dinner is cooking. The kitchen also has twin sinks (with hand-held nozzles), a four-ring range stove with oven, another electric oven, fridge-freezer, an additional fridge, and dishwasher. As you would expect, there’s a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cutlery along with all the utensils you could need. A granite counter-top bar separates the kitchen and living room, ideal for laying out buffet style meals or a selection of drinks and tapas.

The 4 large bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people leads off the internal courtyard and have views of the courtyard and the olive groves. Each bedroom is named after a season with a corresponding color theme and has a roll-in bathroom with a shower bench, hand-held shower nozzle, and grab-bars. All towels are provided.

The windows are double glazed and can be opened two ways: open and tilted. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and the screened windows can be kept open for the cool breeze at night. Each bedroom has built in wardrobe closets with split level rails, a desk, chair, hairdryers, and a TV/DVD player.
