Besides being very diverse and multicultural, the San Francisco Bay Area is also very wheelchair accessible, including a number of wheelchair accessible hiking trails. Many of the parks, beaches, and hiking trails offer some kind of wheelchair access. Over the last couple of years, I’ve been exploring some of these places that have an accessible hiking trail and writing about them on my blog: Adventures from a Wheelchair.
