Room #137 is a wheelchair accessible, ground floor suite with plenty of room to maneuver around and one of the two hotel pools located right off the patio (below left photo) The room even had a eye-hole on the door lowered enough to access. The suite included an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and stove in case one wanted to run to one of the many markets to have for example breakfast, snacks, and drinks on hand if desired. There was a king bed but if traveling with a larger group, the sofa pulled out into a bed.
Most importantly it has a roll-in shower with a hand-held shower nozzle and the hotel can also provide a bench though the height of the chair was low and could not be adjusted. Particularly pleasing was the fact that the hotel had a shower shelf installed strategically placed for a wheelchair traveler. The vanity area with a counter high enough to roll right under was completely separate from the shower and toilet.
