Come and taste our traditional cataplana or juicy oranges, visit our historical landmarks such as Loulé Castle or the Roman ruins of Milreu, unwind amidst horses at Rosa Ranch, or take a horseback ride.

In the area, we have contacts with wheelchair accessible beaches. You will be helped by the lifeguards in and out of the water and one sunbed is complimentary. If you’re more adventurous, you could go horseback riding or relaxing amidst the horses. Villa Details

Ourico do Mar is located just 20 minutes away from Faro Airport and wheelchair accessible transfer is complimentary (4+1). During your stay you will be able to discover Loulé and its surroundings, thanks to our complimentary WAV that can transport 4 passengers +1 wheelchair. Loulé and all its shops and market are just situated a 5m drive away.

There are no steps to access the house, everything in and around the house is leveled or accessible with the lift. Situated on the border of an ecological zone, we have breathtaking views of the valley and sea from the large terraces adjoining the living room and pool.

The property features a large swimming pool with a pool hoist that has a sling or seat option for safe transfers. The pool is heated to a minimum of 25°C from May to October. We have an extra big sunbed with an extra thick memory foam mattress with wheels that can be put in the elevator if needed.

Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 6). Two of them are completely wheelchair accessible and have wheel-in showers. We provide 2 electric profiling beds, memory foam mattresses, 2 mobile bedside tables, 2 shower chairs, and a tilting shower chair.

If you’re caring for your loved one and would like a well-deserved break during your stay, we can provide care (not included in the price). Should you need specific material that takes up a lot of space (disposable bed protection, nappies, etc.) and you don’t want to take them in your suitcase, you can order them online and get the material delivered before your visit, or we can let you know what is locally available.
