Azores for All provides wheelchair accessible transportation while on the tour with adapted vans. One van has a power-operated lift and the other has a pull-out ramp. The one with a lift is taller, making scenic dives easier to see if seated in a wheelchair. It’s possible to accommodate one person with a power wheelchair on a tour, or two people sitting in moderately-sized manual wheelchairs. Wheelchairs are either locked or strapped in while the vehicle is moving.
Additionally, Azores for All can provide various other adapted equipment, like a hiking wheelchair (trekking Joëlette) or beach wheelchair. These are all stored at the Azores for All office, which is also wheelchair accessible by ramp, and inside is a wheelchair accessible toilet.
