The Accessible Travel Talk Show: Episode 5

In this episode of The Accessible Travel Talk Show, John Morris talks with Ashley Lyn Olson, founder of WheelchairTraveling.com. Created in 2006, her website helps people with limited mobility, their friends and loved ones find resources to make leisure and adventure travel possible.

Ashley discussed the Access Pass, which provides free admission to many U.S. National Park sites for disabled people and their companions. Some states, including her home state of California, also provide discounts to people with disabilities wishing to visit public parks.

Recently, Ashley put together a dream trip to New Zealand, a place she believes to be among the world’s most beautiful. This episode touches briefly on her New Zealand adventure, with the full story coming in Episode 6.
