There is only one room that is available to people who need a roll in shower. That room is #308 but most of the other rooms could fit a wheelchair in them if you don’t need the roll in shower. The room itself had enough space to move around comfortably. The dresser cupboard had a rack that I could barely reach and I’m tall. The bed was a little low but not to low. The bed itself was really hard for my liking and same with the pillows, next time I’m bringing my own.
The bathroom set up had roll up sink, grab bars for the shower and the toilet. The toilet was a little different from ours in the states, as in they had no toilet seats and basically I almost fell in a few times. But out of all the toilets I saw in Rome, the hotel had the best. The A/C controller was easy to access but if you wanted to open the window you needed a hook, there wasn’t much to look at. The carpet in the room was easy to roll on and the rest of the hotel was mostly tile.
The staff was great, most of them could speak English well. Any help you needed or places of recommendation they were very knowledgeable. I would stay here again just because of how close it is to everything.
