Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicle Options

BridgeMAIT currently operates two wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Both vehicles feature rear entry and support manual and power wheelchairs (within size and weight limits).

Toyota Hiace Commuter (Luxury Van)

  • Wheelchair capacity: Up to 2 wheelchairs
  • Additional passenger capacity: Up to 4 adults (in addition to wheelchair users)

Toyota Noah (Minivan)

  • Wheelchair capacity: 1 wheelchair
  • Additional passenger capacity: Up to 2 adults (in addition to wheelchair user)

  • Ramp width: 72 cm
  • Maximum weight capacity: 210 kg

Wheelchair Size Limits

  • Maximum wheelchair width: 90 cm
  • Maximum wheelchair length: 100 cm
  • Maximum wheelchair height: 130 cm

Tip: If you use a larger power wheelchair, measure your chair (including accessories) and share dimensions when booking.

BridgeMAIT offers fixed rates for airport shuttles and sightseeing services. Metered fares may also be available for point-to-point trips on a case-by-case basis.

  • Haneda Airport to Yokohama Osanbashi (or Daikoku Pier): ¥39,580 round-trip (includes meet-and-greet at airport arrival exit)
  • Narita Airport to Yokohama Osanbashi (or Daikoku Pier): ¥85,170 round-trip (includes meet-and-greet at airport arrival exit)
  • Sightseeing (one-day hire): Yokohama Port to Kamakura: ¥89,200
